At Cartell we work along side multiple BMS providers to supply quality, industry renowned BMS electrical installations. We cover all aspects of BMS electrical install from new build main plant areas to retail fan coil unit controller replacements. Cartell have a depth of knowledge of the BMS industry and systems and have completed many prestigious projects in central London and the South East.
Project Management
From the earliest stages of Cartell’s involvement in a BMS project we aim to assist the BMS provider with a high level of support and assistance in the design and planning of the works.
Our project management team will take the lead on preparation for works to begin on site with regards to health and safety, liaising with principle contractors and logistically moving the install team to site.
Installation
Our install team have knowledge on installing a wide range of BMS systems including Trend, Tridium, Schneider and Johnsons controls. This knowledge makes for a smooth site install for you, the BMS supplier.
Once work has commenced on site, Cartell’s team strive to maintain the highest quality installations whilst not compromising on health and safety. Regular install updates including weekly reports are provided to give complete transparency on progress.
Completion of install
On completion of the installation Cartell will provide a full set of as wired drawings as well as time to assist commissioning engineers with witness testing and familiarising them with the install.
Additional Construction Steps
We will liease with all project team members regarding the logistical requirements for the construction process, such as areas for deliveries, placement of barricades (if required) and hours of operation. We will maintain a tidy work space at all times.
